Terms and Conditions at Furvell
1. Introduction
Furvell, a trading name of Furvell Limited, is registered in England and Wales, under the company number 15242233.
When you place an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below, which apply to both online and telephone purchases.
It’s vital that you familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before placing your order; if you don’t agree with our Ts and Cs, we encourage you not to use this website or make a purchase via our site or over the phone.

2. Definitions
Throughout our terms and conditions, you will see several words and phrases, all of which are clarified below:
The seller – ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Furvell Limited.
The buyer – ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to anyone accessing our website and viewing and/or purchasing goods.
Goods and/or product(s) – refers to any product that can be purchased on our website or via our telephone ordering system.
Website – means www.furvell.com
Order – means any order you place with us, either on our website or via our telephone ordering system.
3. Terms of Use
Seen something you like? You can place an order with us, either on our website or via our telephone ordering system. In doing so, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
Any content, pages or articles copied from this website without permission shall be challenged to the full extent of the law.
The seller reserves the right to change or amend any aspect of these terms and conditions – and without prior notice.
4. Description of Goods
Each product we sell relates to the product description seen on its individual website page, including terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, our after-sales service, and any guarantees offered.
Our goal is to ensure that any product(s) purchased from us are described, as accurately as possible, in its original product page, article or publication.
Due to the uploading process on some photos, colours may differ slightly from the product itself.
Product measurements are approximate and should therefore be used as a guide only. Product descriptions are subject to change at any time and the seller reserves the right to alter any details, measurements, specifications and any other description in the listing – and without prior notice.
5. Placing an Order
We accept the following payments:

- Klarna
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the seller requires payment in advance before the goods can be dispatched. The goods shall remain the seller’s sole property until they have been paid for.
6. At Checkout
Please review your order details, making sure everything is correct. Once we have received your order and it has been accepted, we will dispatch your goods to the address you have provided.
Should any payment come with any form of discrepancy, including suspicion of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We can also cancel your order if the seller cannot supply your goods.
If the seller cannot fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order or offer an alternative. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a dispatch email after the goods have left our premises.
Orders are accepted only once the dispatch email has been received. An order may be cancelled prior to dispatch, due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The goods are no longer available
- There is a pricing or description error
- Payment has not been authorised
- Proof of address or identity has not been provided, where requested
7.Delivery Options
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £100. For orders under £100 we offer a minimum delivery charge of £5.00, which will be automatically be added at checkout. Orders under £100 with incur a £20 delivery charge to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly.
Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9pm but we may deliver outside of these hours during busy periods.
Small items
Our smaller items (such as our home accessories) are delivered via DPD, Parcelforce and Fedex within 5 - 10 working days from the date of order. You will be provided with your online tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Medium to large furniture items
Delivery of our medium to large furniture items is usually within 2 - 4 weeks from the date of order, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Most of our larger furniture items are delivered by a specialist courier on a two man delivery service. Some of our larger furniture items may be delivered via pallet delivery - in this event the pallet service is usually a kerbside delivery and it will be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet afterwards. Once your order has been dispatched the courier will usually contact you in advance via email or text message with your delivery date. For this reason it is important that the contact information you provide is correct and up to date. Once you have received the delivery text or email you will be given the option to reply to confirm the date, which you must do or the delivery may not go ahead. Upon delivery you must be available to sign for your order. You are also responsible for making sure that the furniture will fit in your home and that the courier has suitable access if required. Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday but we may deliver outside of these hours in busy periods. Please note, delivery is dependent on driver performance, which can be affected by adverse weather, traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Platinum Delivery
For £99 we will unpack, assemble, position your furniture where you want it and remove and recycle all your packaging. This option is available at checkout.
Missed deliveries
Our delivery partner will contact you in advance to book your delivery date so please make sure that someone is available to accept and sign for your order. If no-one is home and the delivery is missed you will responsible for the re-delivery fee. Please also be aware that you are also responsible for making sure the furniture will fit and that the delivery team has appropriate access to your home.
8. Returns
We hope that you love your order but in the event that you would like to return it you can do so by emailing us at info@furvell.com and registering a return. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs if applicable.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. You the customer are responsible for the return postage costs. The item will be inspected upon its return and refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Small item returns can be sent back to us via a parcel courier.
For larger furniture items it is also your responsibility to return the order to us, however in the event that you are unable to do so we can arrange collection and deduct the collection cost from your refund. Collection costs on larger furniture items can range from £50 - £200 depending on your location. If your goods have been assembled and are not faulty, or if they have been used, you will not be able to return your goods for a refund.
Damaged or faulty goods
Upon receipt of your order please check the goods to ensure there is no damage. Any damage or fault must be reported to us within 24 hours via email at info@furvell.com. When contacting us, please make sure you include your order reference and if possible photographic evidence of the fault so we can see how best to resolve.
9. Warranties
Our indoor furniture products are covered by our 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Home and garden accessories and glass products are not covered under our warranty.
Our steel framed garden furniture is also covered under our 12 month manufacturer's warranty and our aluminium framed garden furniture is covered under our 5 year manufacturer's warranty. In both cases this does not include cushions, cushion fillings, glass or weather covers.
Your warranty is valid from the date of delivery and is automatically activated upon receipt of your goods. Please make sure you retain your proof of purchase, as you may need this in the event of a claim.
Our warranty covers the structural components of the furniture (such as frames and support brackets) and any issues that arise due to a manufacturing fault. If the goods become defective due to improper use (unless it is due to the manufacturer’s negligence), accidental damage, neglect, incorrect assembly or general wear and tear, the warranty will not apply. Neither does it cover damage that occurs due to adverse weather conditions, including strong winds.
Making a claim
Our warranty covers only the person who originally purchased the goods; it is not transferrable or valid outside of the UK. If you have problem with your product please contact us at info@furvell.com with your order details, a description of the problem and if possible photographs so we can assess your claim on an individual basis. Once the claim has been investigated if we determine that the issue has risen due to a manufacturing fault we will either repair or replace the item as applicable.
Outdoor furniture exclusions
The following items are excluded from our manufacturer's warranty:
- Garden furniture cushions and fillings - we recommend that your garden furniture cushions are kept and stored indoors, particularly during harsh weather. The all weather covers we provide are designed to protect the furniture and, even when a cover is in use, the cushions should still be stored indoors. Your warranty will not cover damage that occurs to cushions (including mould) in the event that you do not follow these guidelines
- Glass is not covered under our warranty unless the fault is reported within 24 hours of delivery of the goods
- Gas Fire Pit Kits - Our gas fire pit kits are covered under our 12 month warranty, even when the furniture itself is covered under our 5 year warranty. Any fault reported will be resolved with replacement parts
- Our all-weather covers are not protected under warranty
Limitations of Liability
The seller will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by the seller to the buyer or any third parties. This includes any direct, indirect or consequential loss and any other detriment suffered by you, the customer.
Our liability is for the price of the goods only.
